This form is for organizers interested in hosting our exclusive, complimentary dress fitting event for their group (min. 4 girls). We offer high-quality, European-inspired attire. Fill out the details below to start the scheduling process.

Event Guidelines

Parent/Guardian Required: Every child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times to assist with fitting and make purchasing decisions. Chaperones may attend but cannot replace the parent/guardian.
Availability: Styles and sizes depend on stock and are not reserved without a deposit or payment.
Garment Care: Our Communion dresses are delicate and high-quality. We kindly ask parents and guardians to help us keep them pristine for all girls by handling garments with care during the fitting.
Liability: Parents/guardians retain full supervision of their child. The venue is not liable for injuries or lost property.
Cancellations: Space is limited. Please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule by emailing us at info@peekalookboutique.com.
