Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 10 business days to receive your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

**Customers be aware: Communion Dresses can take up to 5 weeks for delivery based on the Brands and customization chose. 

1)    In certain uncommon situations a delay of shipping may occur due to a situation out of  Peek A Look Boutique control, such as but not limited to transportation strikes, border closures, pandemic, etc. Peek A Look Boutique must notify The Customer immediately at the contact information provided at the time the order was placed, and provide an alternative item and/or solution. Peek A Look Boutique cannot guarantee the alternative item available will be identical, but Peek A Look Boutique will do its best to provide an alternative item in stock.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 16 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@peekalookboutique.com.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@peekalookboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
